Remember how Wiley Coyote would run out off the cliff and then stand there suspended in air before finally realizing he wasn’t on solid ground anymore, and THEN gravity would take him to the bottom of the canyon floor in a little puff ring of dust?
That’s investors right now. All market participants are Wiley Coyote, suspended in air, or maybe we all just started falling. Either way, meeting the ground in a little puff of dust is not far off.
All of a sudden, the fundamentals aren’t looking as strong.
